Not getting the Touch ID option right away when logging into a website

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

I go a website and click the 1P button in the username name box. I get the extension drop down asking to enter the password. If I click the 1P button a couple of more times the Touch ID window. This didn't used to happen. The Touch ID window would appear as soon as I click the button. I think it started a couple of weeks ago.
