I have the app but the apps support isn't working. When I open app, can't see anything I need

https://orkidfam.1password.com/apps should work for me but it doesn't.
I've downloaded the app on my iPhone 14, as part of a manual phone transfer (was IPhone 6 with nonworking backup). When I open the app, no options that are mentioned are available. It is not synched with my account. Such a nightmare.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting started with 1Password on your iPhone 14. Are you using 1Password 8 or an older version? Can you tell me what you see when you open the app?

    Can you also tell me if you're able to log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?

    Thanks Dave. Yes, I had no problem logging in to my 1Passowrd account in the browser. I made sure both PC and phone apps were updated to Version 8. I deleted the app on my new phone and downloaded/reinstalled it again and then it set me up very smoothly.
