Password autofill is wrong, but copy and paste is ok?

I'm having a really weird problem.
When I'm trying to log into Quickbooks Online using the saved password via the extension autofill, I keep getting an error in the browser. 1password has autofilled the password and for all intents and purposes, it looks fine (but I can't see the password as it is hidden).
But I still get an incorrect password error.
However if I copy the password that's saved in 1password and paste it into the password field, it works.
This is the only site I am experiencing this issue with.
