op command to create empty vault slots and empty fields based on an env file

For a new developer, wouldn't it be great it they could run an op command and get vault slots created that they will need to fill in to get a service running? Bonus points for some way to put something in an env file (comments?) that will make its way into the 1Password slots that can be used for help/doc on filling out the slot.

Maybe this is obvious - but I mean assuming the env file uses the "op://" protocol references, which would give op all it needs to know which slots and fields to create.
