Can vaults be downloaded?

I would like to download my vaults in order to have backups. Is that possible?

    Hi @MonkeyHarp

    We don't offer a local backup option for 1Password memberships, if you have one. Backups are created and stored on 1Password.com. Data is also cached locally on each device you use one of our native 1Password apps on (1Password for Mac, 1Password for Windows, 1Password for iOS, and 1Password for Android). This cache allows you to use 1Password even if you (or we) are offline.

    While you can export your data, it's not encrypted when you do so and this isn't something that we recommend. You can find out more about this in our guide: https://support.1password.com/export/.

    Thanks, Catherine. I appreciate the info. Btw, I am finding version 8 to work much better for me than version 7. There were a half dozen or so websites that did not cooperate with 1P version 7. They all work perfectly with version 8. Keep up the great work.
