The user ID of the website for which you are renting a server is special and has a "." in the middle. in the middle of the user ID and I can't get it to autofill properly.
Please let me know if there is a solution.

  • Hi @poconi,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the user ID of this website not being auto-filled correctly.

I've tried to find another website that has their login form set up the same way, but I've been unable to do so.

To allow us to test this further and if no solution is currently available to report to our development team, could you please share the URL of the website that this filling issue is occurring on?

    Thanks

  • Hi @poconi ,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have done some testing on this website and found I was able to get the fields to fill after saving my login manually. Here's how:

    1. Go to the log in page - https://user.lolipop.jp/?mode=login
    2. Manually enter your log in details but don't click enter or sign in.
    3. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Save Login'
    4. Give it a title and click Save.
    5. Now refresh the page and see if you are able to fill.

Let me know how this goes.

    Thanks
