Hi

I have pin codes written in notes for things like acces to my parking at work and pin to the the main gate for my work
These PIN change over time and I have them as a note in 1Password
But I cannot pin this note to the IOS app for quick access when I need them!
And if I create a password entry I have to do a reveal wich is really not fast.

I think face recog. to access the 1Password is enough to se these pin codes.
My only other option is to pin a note on my iPhone, which is much less secure.

Please make it possible to pin a "Secure note" to the "Pinned Field"

  • Hey @casperse

I'll pass along your suggestion to the Product team for their consideration. Thanks for the feedback.

Have you tried marking the Secure Note as a Favorite, and adding Favorites to your Home tab? Get to know 1Password for iOS — Customize your Home screen and items tab That would give you one-tap access to the Secure Note from the Home tab.

Alternatively, you could use a Password item, pin its Password field to the Home tab, and set the default action to "Show in Large Type", like this:

Then, tapping on the pinned field will show it in large type, which looks like this:

That would also provide one-tap access to that field.

If you'd like "zero-tap" access to the field, add a non-concealed "text" field to the item, and pin that instead. This is what that would look like:

See what you think of those methods and let me know how they work for you.
