Entire tag category is missing.... and...known individual item shows no tags.
One (at least) entire category tag is missing from list of tags...I looked up a known item in that category and it is missing all tags.

I'm sorry that you're not seeing a tag. Can you tell me a little more about the issue? Did you create the tag? Do you see it when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)? Are you able to post a screenshot of where you expect to see the tag? (But be mindful that this is a public forum so please don't post any sensitive or private information.)
Any more information that you can provide about the issue will help us assist you further. 🙂

Hello Dave.
- I am not using a browser for 1PW.
- I created the category tag years ago (there may be others missing too...hard to know what "isn't there" until you need it.).
- How do I upload/post from a screenshot? I have it ready....but copy/paste doesn't work and I am clueless.
- Nothing much to say beyond what I have said. It was "there" and now, it is not. I thought it was interesting that one of the items in that category has had its tags deleted. I just checked two more...same story...no tags on the item pages.

After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678].
