Recently updated to the online version of 1password and am having trouble merging my vaults

Hi, I've been at the for a while so any help is appreciated.
I've moved to the subscription version of 1password a while ago.
After I moved I had an issue where I had my info was spread across multiple vaults, and when I made changes or added new login I could never figure out where they were, or worse yet, I'd go to the vault with the old data in it!

I did eventually worked out how to get all the data into one vault that's called 1password (airplane icon) which i assume is the default vault now. But I still have a vault called Personal which for some reason i can't delete, and unless i'm careful new logons and entries seem to be populating there, beginning the problem i had earlier all over again.

So here are my questions:
1 - can i delete the personal vault? or
2 - should I migrate all my data in the "1password" Vault to the Personal Vault? and if so how do I migrate between vaults again? I don't seem to have this option anymore (or can't find it.)
