  1. I am trying to assist one of my relatives who cannot find his Master Password. Can you maybe help me?

    For any account-related questions, it's best to have your relative email us directly for privacy reasons. They can reach the team at support+forum@1password.com and will receive a conversation number (which looks like [#ABC-12345-123]) by auto-reply from BitBot. If you can post that conversation number here, I'll make sure their message ends up with the right team to help them. :)
