Team password sharing with 2FA

I havn't bought the 1Password yet.
But I have one question regarding the team password sharing. I understand it could be a good tool to share password and keep in sync with different people in a secure way.
However, given that 2FA is almost standard in our industry and just sharing the password alone seems not much useful. What is the standard workflow when account to be shared involve 2FA?

You can use 1Password to generate one-time passwords for websites that use two-factor authentication: Use 1Password as an authenticator for sites with two-factor authentication.
If an item that you're sharing with your team includes a one-time password, that will appear for everyone who can use that item as well. I hope that answers your question fully, but please do let me know if I can be of any further help. :)
