My computer was hacked into - can I use Apple Keychain to log into 1Password?

I'm fairly new to 1Password. It seems to me that 1Password is only as safe as your login password. For instance, my computer was hacked into and screen shared overnight. I don't think they accessed 1Password but since I have to retype my 1Password password every couple of hours, I need a much simpler password for convenience sake. Is it possible to create a more complex password and use Apple Keychain to log into 1Password?
