Account frozen
Out of the blue and overnight my account got frozen without me doing anything unusual. I am a member of a family account but my administrator is out of the country and hard to reach. is there any way I can be helped by the 1Password team?

If your 1Password account has become frozen, then a Family Organizer will need to contact 1Password Support. Members of a family account who are not a Family Organizer can't manage billing so we're unable to discuss billing matters with them. If you could have a Family Organizer contact us at
