Executing shell commands from 1Password

Hello,
I am looking for a way to open up SAP GUI with user credentials and I already found a seven year old thread in this forum about the same topic. According to the last posts in the thread from svondutch and the corresponding release notes the function also made it into 1password, but I tried my best to get this logic working and failed. Does anyone know how a shell command with user credentials can be executed out of 1password?
