When using the basic command ".\op vault create Entertainment" I get the error: (400) Bad Request

When using the basic command ".\op vault create Entertainment" as the guide states we get the following error:

(400) Bad Request: The structure of request was invalid.

I have verified this on a family account and our team accounts. This is being run in Windows Powershell
