I have a family account ( Schultz Family) made up of two vaults ( sandy and Gerry).
I just want to print one vault ( Sandy ) but the print>export only allows me to print Schultz Family which is two vaults.

Hi @gsdental,
We generally recommend against printing data stored in your 1Password account. Besides the security risk, data stored this way also isn't very dynamic. For example, if a website is compromised and you have to change your password, that change won't be reflected on a printed copy.
An Emergency Kit will ensure you can access your account and we recommend printing a copy of that instead to store in a safe place.
Depending on your use case I'm happy to make other recommendations as well, so feel free to tell me more about how you use 1Password! Your feedback is still appreciated though and I've shared your thoughts internally to bring more vault-specific options to exporting. 🙂

Believe it or not but there are still some old folks that like the idea of a Rolodex ! Printing out your vault ( my spouse vault) so she can populate her Rolodex is just one of those things.

Hi @gsdental,
Not hard to believe at all, thanks for sharing your use case! In case it helps, it is possible to sort your data in 1Password to display in alphabetic order:
Some other options to organize and search your data is to mark important or frequently used ones as favourites or use Quick Access to search your library:
Sadly we haven't yet found a way to translate the satisfying flipping of a Rolodex to the digital world but I hope that won't stop you or your spouse from exploring more of what 1Password can do. Let me know if you have any questions. 😊
