Need to make sure items are syncing

This past Saturday, I installed a new Apple TV, and had to sign back into many of the apps on the Apple TV. When I tried to login to Peacock, I could not find the login info in 1Password on my iPhone. I knew it was in a vault I shared with my family. I went to my Mac and found the login immediately. But it was not synced to my iPhone.

To fix that, I made a minor change to the login on my Mac, and then it quickly synced to my phone.

But it was disconcerting, and made me wonder how many other items are "stuck" on my Mac and have never made it to my iPhone or iPad.

How can I make sure all the items on my Mac have synced?

    Sorry to hear you were unable to find the password you were looking for, I'm glad you got it sorted! Assuming devices are online, the expected behaviour is that any changes made to data in your 1Password account will reflect across all your devices immediately. It sounds like this was true for the change you made. I recommend creating a test item and seeing if that appears across your devices. If not, the next step would be to check if the item appears on 1Password.com, this can help us determine which device isn't connecting properly.

    You can also check that both your devices show the same number of items by looking at the sort menu:

    Since you mentioned a shared vault, I would also double check that you're viewing the same account/vault/collection on both devices: Switch to a collection or account
