Firefox extension can't talk to desktop app on Void Linux

Hi. I've installed both Firefox & 1PW on Void Linux. 1PW desktop app on its own is working great, even have fingerprint prompts for signing git commits with SSH keys working flawlessly.

But firefox can't talk to the 1pw app. Relevant logs:

I've gone through the threads related to this error message. Already verified ownership by root:
