Why is 1Password not autofilling OTP for PayPal in Firefox?
Hello, I am having a problem with OTP autofill for PayPal in Firefox.
It is working as expected in Safari. In terms of troubleshooting, I have (i) restarted 1password, (ii) restarted my mac, (iii) deleted the PayPal entry in 1password and created a new one from scratch (i.e. scanning a new QR code from the Paypal website), and (iv) reinstalling 1password.
Both Firefox and 1password are on the latest versions and I am using MacOS Ventura.
Could you please assist?

Hi @Bakj sorry to hear about the troubles with filling your OTP for PayPal via Firefox. I do want to note that it works fine for me.
Could you tell me more about the steps you're taking to fill the OTP? What specific unexpected behavior did you encounter? What behavior do you expect to see?
Can you create a new profile in Firefox, install only 1Password in it, and test the filling on paypal.com again?

I do want to note that it works fine for me.
It works for me, too. I'm using Windows 11, 1Password for Windows Beta 8.9.10 (80910026) and 1Password in the browser Beta 2.6.0. 🤔

I have seen a few different users reach out about this, but I haven't been able to reproduce the issue myself. Getting the details I asked for above would be really helpful!
