Storing a PIN/single back-up code with login credentials

There are a few websites that on-top of using a password, also require you to set-up a PIN. On-top of this, some allow you to store a single back-up code. It would be nice if this could be done without just putting it in as text or into the notes and instead have it appear with the password and OTP.
