Hello,
Last Saturday, my two iPads were stolen. I ordered a remote wipe via iCloud. However, I ask myself these questions:

  • Can thieves access the contents of 1Password safes?
  • can i de-correlate ipads with my 1password database so they won't sync if the thief manages to turn on the ipad? (I plan to change the master password from 1Pw)
If so, how to achieve this decorrelation?

Thanks for the help!

  • Hello @bsa! 👋

I'm sorry to hear that your iPads were stolen. If the 1Password app is locked then a thief would need either your account password or your face/fingerprint (if biometric unlock is enabled) to unlock 1Password.

I recommend that you follow the advice in the following article to deauthorize the stolen devices from your 1Password account:

Let me know if you have any questions.
