Moved from US to Europe - want to continue with a new subscription

Hey Team 1PW, I have recently moved from the US to Europe. The previous subscription was via the Apple App Store. All subscriptions had to be canceled as the country settings got changed. Now my 1PW account is frozen, and I tried to set up a new subscription. However, the location of my 1PW account can't be changed to the new country (still US). I saw older posts that I would need to create a new account within the new country and then migrate everything, and I hope that by now, there is a more convenient option. Thanks
