Family user account recovery - "Your recovery email is no longer valid"
My daughter has clicked on the "Recover my account" link in the email sent when I initiated a recovery but an error message is returned stating "Your recovery email is no longer valid It may have been used already, or canceled by your account administrator". The email address in the Person Detail record obviously matches the address of the email in which she is clicking the link - any ideas on how to proceed?
