    Hello @Bill1933! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble opening 1Password on your iPhone. Are you installing 1Password for the first time on your iPhone? Or have you been using 1Password on the iPhone already? Are you using 1Password 7 or 1Password 8?

    As a start, can you please try the following:

    1. Make sure that you're using the latest version of iOS: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support (CA)
    2. Restart your iPhone.

    Then try to open and unlock 1Password again. I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂
