3 Entry Fields, but only 2 will fill

When logging into work, I am required to fill 3 fields: username, passcode (a combination of a 4 digit pin and an RSA Token), and password - in that order, from top to bottom.

I can't auto populate the RSA Token, and that's fine, but I would like it to function so that my username, the pin part of my passcode, and my password all auto-fill, but I can't find a way to have this be the case. It seems like no matter what I do, 1password will only fill 2 fields max, and even when I click the 1password icon in the 3rd field, it will put the information into the 2nd field.

I tried entering the data then clicking on the browser extension and clicking "Save Login", which didn't fix the issue. Not sure that there's a solution to this, but I do know that when I was using LastPass, I never had issues with this and it would autofill perfectly every time.
