Instructions for completing online forms

Hi there,

I'm trying to find a way to get 1Password to autocomplete this form for me:

Though I've put my details into an entry in 1Password I've just not managed to figure out how to get it to fill this page correctly! Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hey @andydvsn I took a look at the link you shared but I don't see the fields where you would want 1Password to fill. Here's a screenshot from my end: https://share.cleanshot.com/LuoHhD

    Could you tell us the steps you take to get to the form? What steps did you take to try and fill the form? Was there a specific field that did not fill?
