How do I change the Master Password?

Hello Support Community,

• How do I change my master password? I somehow changed my master password in Authy, but it's not moving over to the desktop app.
• How do I set up multi-factor authentication, and from where? I cannot scan the setup code with my phone.

Regarding you second question, it sounds as though you maybe referring to setting up multi-factor authentication for your 1Password account. If this is the case, here's our guide on how to do that: Turn on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account

If you were referring to using 1Password as an authenticator for sites with two-factor authentication, that guide includes the steps to help.
