Can I disable the autofill confirmation on websites?

I get asking for confirmation on filling in card information, but I really hate having to click "OK" every time I want to autofill my name, address, email, etc.

  • Hey @justzach,

I can confirm that this behaviour is to be expected, if you are filling an address, credit card details or email address using the inline menu.

This feature was implemented so we can make sure it's really you asking to fill. This is extra protection for your credentials in case the possibility exists for someone (or some script) to steal focus and spoof interaction with the site you're on.

With that being said, I can understand the inconvenience this feature is causing and have added your feedback to the open issues we have in improving this matter. In the meantime, I would suggest using the Autofill button in the 1Password browser extension to autofill information from your Identity item to avoid the message being shown.

I hope this helps, thanks for your feedback!
