No longer see log ins from all vaults in Chrome
Recently (last update?) I no longer see values from all my vaults (2 accounts) when I click the icon on the log in field in chrome. Both accounts are logged in. I have closed everything, checked for updates and still have the issue.
1Password Version: 8.9.8
Extension Version: 2.5
OS Version: Mac 13
Browser:_ Chrome

They both show as unlocked and are active in the settings.
If I click on the icon in the toolbar I can search for and find the logins. However, if I click the icon in the login fields directly I can not.
I removed and re-added the extension, closed all 1Password apps and relaunched. Even rebooted my machine.

@TheDandee Is this happening for all your logins? Could you right-click the 1Password icon, select Settings, scroll down to Accounts, and take a screenshot of that for us? Could you click on the 1Password icon in your login field and share a screenshot of what you see there as well?

I no longer think it's because of the vaults they are in. This is happening specifically on logins to Salesforce.
Happy to send some more details but it's hard to understand what is happening. Just that before I was able to find and fill login info that no longer works.

I believe it's related to the website URL. Before when I would type in the username field it would return a larger list. I am now seeing that that the ones I was seeing before have a different website URL than the ones that do show. This is a new behavior for sure.

@TheDandee we do troubleshoot issues like this frequently, and we'll be happy to take a closer look for you. Are you able to start by sending us a screenshot of the suggestions that you're getting? Are you then able to take a screenshot of one login that should be suggested but isn't?
Make sure to take that screenshot of the login from the 1Password app. Please remember to not include any private info in the screenshots - no need to send us your passwords or anything like that.
Again, attach the screenshots to an email message addressed to support@1password.com. With your email please include:

I too am having the issue where ONLY salesforce SUBDOMAINS are not showing/displaying my saved passwords appear within the user name field when logging into a Salesforce subdomain, but they are in my vault. Any luck on figuring out the issue????

@duemes Have you noticed if the Salesforce logins that are not being shown match that instance or subdomain exactly? We changed how 1Password handles suggestions for Salesforce subdomains. Now they will only appear if the subdomain is an exact match. You can find our release notes here: 1Password in the browser Releases Let me know if that helps or if you have any other questions.
