Team member shifted to guest but can't login
Hi there! I am adding a guest to my account and we're having some issues. I originally added her as a team member, she accepted, then I realized I couldn't designate her as a guest so I deleted her account. I resent an invitation for her as a guest, and now when she clicks on the invitation, it says already accepted. But, it won't let her sign in because the account was deleted. Any insight?
