Duplicated Items in 1Password for Mac 8.9.8

Suddenly without any action by me I see Duplicated Items in 1Password .
Very strange.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Extension Version: 2.4.1
OS Version: 13.0.1 (22A400)

    Sorry to hear you're seeing duplicates in 1Password 8. Did you recently migrate from a previous version of 1Password or do any imports to 1Password 8? It would also help to know if you're see duplicates across your entire account or just certain vaults.

    I recommend creating a diagnostics report from your Mac, this will give us a better idea what might have caused this duplicates and how we can best address them:

    Thank you.
    In a few moments I will send the log.
    I didn’t make any changes or any updates or migration lately.
    Except paying you for yearly subscription.
    I also use iCloud Drive with all my apple devices
    I can also see duplicates in my 1Pasword IOS app in my iPhone (13Pro max )
