- Do you see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar?
- If so, what happens when you click on it?
- What steps are you taking to use 1Password in the browser?
- What specific unexpected behavior are you seeing?
- Do you get an error message? If so, what is the message?

1) Yes I see the extension icon in my Chrome toolbar
2) When I click on, the page loads but nothing else happens....no prompt for password, etc
3) I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension in Chrome
4) The extension appears to be working in Firefox
This all started within the last week or so

Hi @Badger51,
I'm sorry for the trouble.
Can you try the below steps and let me know if it improves things:
- Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.
- Disable the setting that says 'Integrate with 1Password app'.
- Quit your browser and then re open it and return to the settings page.
- Re enable 'Integrate with 1Password app'.
Let us know how you get on!

I notice you have a lot of other extensions installed, just to rule out any interference can you try creating a new browser profile in Chrome by clicking on your profile then +Add then install only the 1Password extension and see if things work as you'd expect here?

Following your suggestion, I disabled all the extensions in my main Chrome profile. I also created a new Chrome profile.
In both cases, the 1Password extension is now working.
Should I re-enable the link between the desktop app and the Chrome Extension?

Thanks for getting back to me with your findings, that's interesting.
Can you re enable the integration with the desktop app and if things are still working send over a screenshot of the other extensions you have installed in Chrome so I can take a look to see if I can figure out which could be interfering?
