I have 2 1Password accounts (personal and work). Trouble logging into work account in browser
I have 2 1Password accounts, one personal account and one work account. On the desktop application, I'm logged into both and both work consistently. On the browser plugin, I was logged into both and both were working, but about 2 weeks ago, my work account stopped working. Every time I try to log into it again, I get a lot of errors in the log, like:opw_app::sync::server_connection:138 > http error 500
Any idea why I'm getting the 500 error in the Edge extension?
1Password Version: 7.9.832
Extension Version: 2.5.1
OS Version: Windows 10.0.19044
Browser: Edge 108.0.1462.54

Why don't you upgrade to version 8 ?
If you want to stay with version 7, try with the classic version of the extension : https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/0 -
Upgrading 1Password isn't an option from within the app (claims to be up-to-date as of this morning). Is going to version 8 an uninstall + download fresh situation?

This is expected behaviour. 1Password version 7 and 8 are different products and version 7 will only update to the latest version (
7.9.832
as of this reply). When installing 1Password 8 for Windows, it will first automatically uninstall version 7 if you hadn't uninstalled it manually.If you run into any other issues or have questions about 1Password 8, please let us know. We'll be happy to help. 😀
