How do I change the email with my account.
Every time I do it in the profile settings and enter the password it says username needs to be 3-20 characters (etc) but I’m changing the email. Not the username… that’s greyed out and unable to be changed.
Help appreciated.

It's probably best if we help you with this question via email. Send us a message to

Could you also follow the same instructions Grey provided in the post immediately above yours? To be clear the issue if the underscore in the username. Once it is removed you should have no trouble changing your email address.
