Can I delete PW's in Edge & Safari when using 1 Password?

I have PWs set up in 1 Password, in Edge and Safari I have the setting turned off for them to save PWs automatically. But there are PWs listed in these browsers which might be old. Can I delete these? In the browser 1 Password is set as the default.

Yes, if you now have everything you need in 1Password, you can safely remove any old saved passwords in your browsers. :)
