Initially, I signed up for an individual plan through Play Store. After a year or so, I decided to upgrade to a family plan.
Since I could not find a way to do that through Play Store, I canceled my subscription in order to sign up for a family plan directly with
1password. The strange thing is that although my subscription is no longer active in Play Store, it is still shown as active in my personal billing tab. Could you please help me?
