Watchtower doesn't seem to calculate for old items - 1Password 8.9.13

I have some old passwords that were generated in previous versions of 1Password (I think 1Password 7). It seems that watchtower doesn't check those ones for anything and just uses whatever the old version of 1Password had.

For example, I have some unsecured websites http://... and the 1Password Web UI indicates they're unsecured in watchtower but 1Password 8 on mac doesn't have them listed as unsecured. Furthermore, I was hoping to take more advantage of the password strength calculations. For example I've had a few cases of the following:

1. I create password A in 1password 7 and its marked as "excellent"
2. I upgrade to 1password 8 and its now marked as "fantastic"
3. I re-save the password and its now marked as "very-good"

Is there a way to either:

1. Force reanalyzing all passwords in 1Password8?

OR

2. Re-creating all the entries as new so they get analyzed?
