1Password will follow the system theme on iOS. Whatever is set in Control Centre, or in Settings app > Display & Brightness will also be obeyed by 1Password. Please let me know if you have any questions, or would like any further help. :)
I've passed on your feedback that you'd like to see an independent control for dark mode in 1Password for iOS. I don't know if or when that change will be made, but the product team review customers' feedback like yours regularly. I hope that helps. :)
