New account: The app (on all platforms) never provided an opportunity to establish password!!!

Attempted setup a new 1password account to the point where one downloads/saves the secret key file.
Opened the app (in Firefox browser) expecting to be prompted to establish a username and master password.
That never happened.
Instead, when I open the app for the first time, I am prompted for a password that was never prompted for nor established.
I tried creating a "new account" in the sign in window (the only option apart from password input).
Same thing happens: click on the "new account" and I'm prompted for non-existant password.
I tried to cancel the account. You guessed it: prompted for non-existant password.

If you're at the point where you download your Emergency Kit, you'll already have set an account password in a previous step. Send us an email to [email protected] and one of our team will be able to look into this with you.
