When adding a new site to 1P via browser extension, tags are not shown / populated.

Say I'm logging into Kotaku and trying to save the login info into 1Password.
I come to the tags field, click the box and start typing. I would expect typing a few characters will show me matching tags from my vault and I can simply select that. But nope. 1P doesn't show me any tags. I had to remember and type the entire "Entertainment/Gaming" tag.
This can't be by design right? This has to be a bug. I hope.

  • Hey @1Passworder1,

You're right, currently when you are saving an item in your browser 1Password doesn't allow you to search or filter down your tags. I have passed on your feedback to our product team in regards to bringing in this functionality in a future update.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with at all.
