Watchtower alerts have false positives on iOS (after PW fixed on Mac)

A couple of days ago on my Mac I was going through Watchtower alerts and I had three "vulnerable passwords" flagged. I promptly changed each password via 1Passwords generator and the warnings went away on 1Password for Mac. Today I launch Watchtower on my iPhone and two of those same accounts are still flagged. I looked at the "modified" date on my iPhone and it was shown as two days ago. If I reveal the password, it's the same long complex one as on 1P for Mac that resolved the alert.

Why is Watchtower on iOS reporting false positives?
