Urgent: How to Switch From a Teams Account to a Family Account

I have a few hours before I receive a large bill for my current Teams account. At this point, I only need a family account. How to switch? Can I just cancel the Teams account without losing data (I'm the Owner of all the Teams vaults)? And then create a new family account?
