2nd Tab Fails to Open in 1Browser

Go to https://dcp2.att.com/OEPNDClient/pages/B-00T.jsp and click on More Info link on lower right of screen. In Safari a second tab opens allowing one to return to the original page. In 1Browser, the link opens the page in the same tab preventing return to the original page. How can 1Browser be configured to open links in a new tab? (A workaround tap/hold select Open in New Tab works if one remembers to do it.)
