Welcome to 1Password! In general, the trial isn't limited in any way aside from only lasting 14 days. You can certainly invite family members: Add and remove family members

After 14 days, if you don't add your billing information, the 1Password Families membership will become frozen for all family members: If your 1Password account is frozen
