iPad Pro slide over 1P issue

I work on my iPad Pro with iPadOS 16. I will have 1Password in slide over. I will create a new password and click Save & Fill. After a few hours when I open 1Password in slide over it is stuck on the password creation screen. I can Cancel (which deletes my new password entry in my vault, or I can choose Save & Fill (when I choose this 1Password shuts down.)
