Amplify support for browsers

Hello,

I've searched around to find what the status is for support amplify (shadow dom) login forms but all topics seems to have been closed. https://1password.community/discussion/79137/shadow-dom-polymer-forms-do-not-fill-companion-extension-v4-7-4-now-supports-shadow-doms/p2 this one and this one https://1password.community/discussion/120810/shadow-dom-support-for-aws-amplify-authenticator

I'm using the login form here which you can test to see https://marketplays.com/

Are there any thing I can do on my side to help 1Pass latch onto these input forms?

Hello @kewur, thanks for this request!

Currently these shadow DOM elements prevent our mechanisms from interacting with login forms to do things like save a login or fill it. Our development team is aware of this behaviour, and we're actively looking into how we can handle it better in the future. I've added your case, and the website you mentioned, as further insight to support that improvement work.

In the meantime, the best workaround is to use the drag and drop feature of 1Password:

    1. Left-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
    2. Drag and drop your username/email address and password into the fields on the webpage.

Let me know if it works for you - and I hope this proves useful!

Thanks Peter for the quick response!

I think I didn't do a great job explaining on my initial post. I'm the developer of the website, I'm looking for anything technical if there are anything I can do on my site (providing hooks for my inputs for example) so that 1Password can identify my form controls?
