"Sign in with" keeps asking to sign in even after I am signed in

On this site: https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/ sign in with keeps offering to sign in on every single page load while viewing a thread. This is the only site I use Sign in with Apple, so I don't know if it's every site or not. This happens in both Chrome and Safari

    Same thing happens to me in Reddit. I have two logins: one with a regular username / pw and the other with SSO via Google. The SSO via Google keeps prompting to log in even though I'm logged in with the regular account.
    This is with Chrome on Windows 11.
