1Password Slow Load Fix (IBM Rapport)

Hi, I was troubled by 1Password taking longer than normal to load about 14 seconds (seems like a lifetime), I searched this forum, and followed a suggestion to load task manager and see if there are any other activities consuming processor time whilst loading 1Password.
I saw IBM Trusteer Rapport with a high demand on my processor. Looking back it was only a while ago that this was installed, and is now removed, its not the first problem I've had with this software, but will be the last.
Load time is now close to instant.
I thought I would raise this thread in case someone like me has put up with this problem and could so easily fix it.
Uninstalling Rapport raised a questionnaire, which I did complete.
