YubiKey support for browser plugin

Is it currently possible to sign into the browser plugin with YubiKey? It would be much more convenient to be able to touch a key than type in a necessarily lengthy and complex password every time the browser plugin locks.

If this feature isn't currently available, is it planned?

    Hey @Nicodemus,

    Currently it isn't possible to unlock 1Password in your browser with a security key. I can however, see how this would be a valuable feature to you so I have passed your feedback on the our product team for consideration.

    In the meantime, if you install the 1Password 8 app you will have some additional auto lock options which you may find useful such as the ability to reduce the frequency that your password is required as well as the option to use biometrics to unlock.
