You get the current and recommended extension from https://1password.com/downloads/browser-extension/#browsers

There exists a "classic" extension, which is the legacy extension for the older 1Password clients not supported any more, which has a higher version number, but actually it's an older extension that should not be used any more.

@Tertius3 is right, version 4.7.5.90 is the legacy version of 1Password in your browser and we recommend removing this. 2.5.2 is the latest version.
